Office Hours of Operation: Our team is available to assist you during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Sunday: Closed
If you contact us outside of these hours, we will respond promptly on the next business day. Your inquiries and messages are important to us, and we’re dedicated to providing you with the support you need within our operational hours. Thank you for choosing our services!
Service Agreement
We provide professional installation and maintenance of security systems.We also offer integrated security solutions that combine cutting-edge video surveillance, access control, infrastructure, and software.
Payment & Billing: We offer flexible payment options to make your experience seamless and convenient. Here are the updated terms:
- Payment is required upon installation or as per the agreed-upon contract.
- To ensure the smooth continuity of our services, please be aware that a $10 fee will be incurred for any payment that becomes past due after 5 days from the service date. An additional $1 will be added for each subsequent day past the initial 5 days.
- Please note that a $35 fee will be applied for any returned checks.
- Refunds are issued only for defective equipment returned within the warranty period.
- If an open invoice remains unpaid for 45 days without communication or arrangement for payment, the outstanding balance will be referred to collections. Please understand that in this scenario, customers will be responsible for all costs associated with the collection process.
- If payment fails or remains outstanding beyond the agreed-upon terms, the company reserves the right to disable or remove the installed equipment until payment is fulfilled.
Any past due more than 60 days results in immediate cancellation for any active or future subscription and service scheduled and provided.

Payment Processing Fee Policy: We offer various payment methods to ensure your convenience and flexibility.
- Credit Card: For payments made through credit cards, a fee of 3.4% of the transaction amount plus 25 cents will be applied per transaction.
- Zelle: Payments made via Zelle to the email address rrlocalpc@gmail.com will not incur any transaction fee.
- Check or Cash: Payments made by check or cash will not be subject to any transaction fees.
Warranty & Repairs
- We offer a 3-years warranty on all equipment provided and installed by us.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- Repairs outside of the warranty period will be subject to service charges.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure the proper use of installed equipment.
- Customers must provide access to their property for scheduled maintenance or repairs.
Access to Your Home: We must assess a $150 fee when you fail to leave access to the property on the day of service. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients using our abilities and if possible, rearrange the schedule making it feasible to access your home.
The estimated time of arrival: Delays can happen, and we will always communicate with you in advance. Unexpected events (example: traffic, road accidents, flat tire, etc.) that are out of our control can cause some delays and will not result in last minute cancellations. We’ll always support the appointment made and will try our best to better accommodate our clients’ needs on the day, but we also expect cooperation and understanding from you.
Termination & Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their service with 1-day notice.
- If a customer attempts to cancel installation after work has commenced, they will be responsible for any labor and material costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. No full refunds will be provided once installation is in progress.
- The company reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated.
Liability & Disclaimers
- The Company is not responsible for losses due to system failure, tampering, or external hacking.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding surveillance and data collection.
Safety Precautions: To ensure the safety of our cleaning teams and customers, we kindly request that customers who possess weapons securely store them in designated safe areas during cleaning appointments. This practice is vital to prevent potential accidents and misunderstandings, as our cleaning teams are not trained to handle weapons. By adhering to this policy, we prioritize the well-being of all parties involved and minimize liability concerns. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a secure environment for everyone.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal data such as name, contact details, and installation addresses. If monitoring services are provided, video footage may be stored securely.
Use of Data & Sharing of Data
Your information is used for account management, service improvements, and security purposes. We do not sell customer data to third parties. Data may be shared with law enforcement agencies if required by law.
